Intended to be experienced alongside the game, A Study of Gliese 667Cc is more than an art book, it is a deepening of the world of the game, and offers new images of the creatures players will encounter to help fuel their imaginations.

Together the game and the book tell the story of the exoplanet Gliese 667Cc, the home to humanity's first encounter with extraterrestrial life. From interpreting signals and discovering sunken secrets in the game, to flicking through beautiful paintings of alien life in the book, the book and game work together to encourage and inspire the player's imagination and provide a space of refuge and reflection on how we relate to the world around us at times of ecological crisis.

First envisioned as a Kickstarter project back in 2018, In Other Waters and A Study of Gliese 667Cc are the realization of 2 years of intensive work and research for solo developer, writer and artist Gareth Damian Martin, culminating in a unique multimedia experience
